Returns and Exchanges Policies:
We operate with integrity in our business, and we would expect that our customer would be the same. Swimsuits are different then most clothing when it comes to exchanges, please thoroughly read through our policies.
1.We take pride in our product and expect that you would respect all the work that goes into this very specific garment. It is not for everyone, and it will not fit everyone, we know and understand that. However, there are two huge issues with swimwear: health concerns from a worn garment, and when it is returned, we cannot resell it therefore we take the loss. Consider your purchases carefully.
2.We only do exchanges of the same suit in a different size. Here are our very simply stated conditions for swimsuit returns:
*Products that are sent back for an exchange must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed with original tags still attached.
Merchandise which does not meet this criteria will be shipped back to the customer.
*The customer will incur a shipping charge of $6.95 onto their original credit card.
*The sanitary liners must be attached on all swimsuits returned. Liners which are removed and reattached or replaced are not acceptable due to health regulations.
*Items must not have any trace of foreign odors including, but not limited to, make-up, perfume, body spray, body glitter and smoke.
*THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
All exchanges must be authorized prior to shipping. Authorization can be done via e-mail and must be confirmed by us prior to shipping.
