It is time to take out bodies back, embrace the ones we have, and truly care for them so that they perform for us, no matter the athletic, active, adventurous task.  The body is a gift and to be truly embraced, we much also mention attitude.  We encourage introspection and fulfilling one’s life purpose, not settling for less than you know you can give.  Being inspired is contagious!
